Never Ending Houses
Amanda April 4th, 2008
I seem to be having recurring dreams lately. I usually can never remember my dreams, but as far back as I can remember, these dreams stick out the most.
I always dream I’m in a huge house and I am exploring the rooms and hallways and it NEVER ends. The house goes on and on and on. I keep walking down the hall and opening doors. I think I am by myself.
I looked at the Dream Moods dictionary and there are several things this can mean. I am looking for something or am exploring a part of myself I didn’t know was there? Any other ideas why I keep having these dreams?
From what you wrote, the only thing I see pertinent to your dream is that the house was empty? Do you remember the rooms you went it? That might help you understand the dream a little more.
Recurring dreams
Hope that helps a little.
I’ve had house dreams as well. I do think that quite often it is an insecurity dream, especially when you are alone, because it does represent the soul/self. You really must look at the rest of the dream; specific dreams and how they relate to you or your emotions.
House dreams are spiritual. Call it “self” or call it “soul” or call it “God.” House dreams are about the ever-after. Houses are a preparation of what is to come in your eternity. I would suggest you pay very close attention to those dreams, and see the details, and “meditate” or “pray” about them.
Thanks for the insight!! I don’t think the rooms were empty, it just seems I keep exploring the huge house. I don’t know, maybe I need to do some soul searching or something?
